Welcome to Our little bit of paradise on Cape Cod

With 10 forested acres and nearly 1000 ft. frontage on a crystal clear spring fed pond, life...serenely comes back to nature. In continuous operation since the early 50's Sandy Terraces is a cooperative association of Family and Friends that value the beauty of nature and a free, natural lifestyle. Our members and visitors enjoy a peacful, relaxing atmosphere. We swim canoe and sunbathe, meditate or quietly relax with a good book. Often the best times are spent simply meandering our lighted terraced trails that wander through an enchanted like forest or floating on the beach at midnight counting the stars.

Nearly every Saturday night, planned or impromptu dinners and group activities are hosted at our Pavillion. We welcome couples and accept singles on a quota basis. Our campsites have electricity,water and picnic tables. There is a dump station for RV's.
