The club has been on its current site since 1992 and has very modern club rooms and facilities. These include a salt water pool, mini golf course, spa, children's play area and miniten court. The club makes a great base for visits around the great tourist locations of the Waikato. Hamilton has V8 motor racing, the largest Hot air balloon festival in New Zealand and the largest Agriculture fieldays South of the Equator. It is approximately 1 hours drive to:
Rotorua: Cultural and geothermal.
Waitomo: Cultural and glow worm caves.
Raglan: The best left hand surf break in the world.
The club has excellent facilities for motor homes, caravans and tenting, as well as a small rental caravan available. The grounds are suitable for both brief overnight stays and longer relaxing stopovers.

Clubrooms
Waikato Outdoor Society have very new clubrooms that have ample room to hold good size club functions, yet still able to feel cozy sitting in front of a pleasant fire during winter. A pool table, darts board and room to lay a indoors bowls mat gives the opportunity to fill in a wet day's recreation if required or just sit in front of the television.

BBQ
A BBQ is availible on the eastern end of the clubhouse deck for those who enjoy doing their cooking outdoors on a BBQ.

Kitchen
The kitchen has just about everything most people need to put togeather a reasonable meal, or maybe just slap up a quick sandwich or two. Two stoves, a microwave and large fridge along with pots 'n pans, cutlery and plates, mean just about all you need is to bring is the food.

Ablution Area
Connected to the clubrooms are the toilets, 4 hand basins, a washing machine, a large shower room with 2 gas and 1 electric shower.

Tents, Caravans and Motorhomes
There is ample room around the grounds for tents, and also for caravans and motorhomes, that do not require power. (This is restricted during the wetter periods of the year). The club usually has avalible, up to 10 power points for those caravans and motorhomes that do require power.

Swimming Pool
The club has one of the best naturist club, salt water swimming pools in the country. At 1.2 metres deep and 15 x 8 metres it is a good size for both children and adults to enjoy a hot summers day, as well as the grass area surrounding the pool being a popular sunbathing area.

Miniten Court
Adjacent to the end of the swimming pool is a miniten court for those who enjoy their bit of execise every day.

Children’s Play Area
Between the Swimming pool and the Miniten Court is an area with swings, a slide and trampoline for the younger ones to enjoy.

Golf Course
A small 9 hole golf course (more putt than chip) behond the swimming pool is availible for those who just like to have a bit of sedate execise without raising a sweat.

Sun exposure and vitamin D

Naturism has many health benefits, despite the negative publicity on the risk of skin cancer from too much sun exposure. It is a known fact that sun burn leads to skin cancer but not sun.
