Gulf Coast Nudist Resort/family nudist resort

Gulf Coast Resort brings you a little bit closer to nature. Our grounds are situated on 40 acres of pines and oaks. The sun splashed lawns invite you to spread out a blanket, lay back and let the sun warm you. Lounging around our heated pool or relaxing in our spa will melt away the tension and stress from your everyday life.

If you would like some exercise or competition, play some tennis. If you're not up for that kind of workout, try your hand at Petanque, horseshoes, cornhole or shuffleboard.

Whether you are coming out to spend the day, a weekend, or planning a longer stay, we are sure that we can accommodate you. Pitch a tent under the shady trees, or park your RV in one of our 82 full hook-up sites, both 30 and 50 amp. Oversized rigs are not a problem. Or bring your bare essentials and we will make you welcome in one of our rental units, with color TV, refrigerator and comfortable bed. Most also have cooking facilities. So, no matter what you are looking for, we are sure we can provide it. If not, let us know, so next time you visit you may have something else to look forward to!

We are a nudist resort, not clothing optional. While we don't expect you to strip down the second you enter the resort--newbies are allowed some time to acclimate--our members, who are nude, will wonder why others are hanging around the park fully dressed. It makes them wonder if those wearing clothing are gawkers, only there for a free show.

You will be amazed by how easy it is to get comfortable. No one will pay attention to your body other than a brief glance, the same way they would if you were dressed...if they notice anything, it will be a new face! In fact, people who are clothed are noticed far more than nude folks.

Nudity is required at the pool/hot tub area, but clothing is allowed on the rest of the grounds/

  1. I would not stay at this resort. The owner enjoys spreading rumors about people, lies to everyone, enjoys drama and stress. I would go to another resort more friendly and accepting. Not too far away are many other nudist resorts in Pasco County, I suggest checking out one of the other resorts in the area.

  2. Critique of Gulf Coast Resort
    Time Spent: 2 1/2 months, July 4th Weekend + July 9th – September 21st
We found this park through a website while looking for a weekend stay over 4th of July holiday, I was a first time nudist outside of my home
and decided to check out this resort and ensure it was the proper place (with AANR rating) for our son who is 13. The first visit was lovely. We were invited to play games with long time residents and enjoyed ourselves thoroughly. There were excellent home cooked meals prepared by the owner and residents were made to feel part of a friendly group.
STARTED: We left the resort on July 7th and within a few days decided to move in permanently. After sometime and getting to know the campgrounds only (vs. owners on the hill) this is our take always and the reasons we left this resort.
This is a laid back resort… as long as you are the right color, the right sexual orientation, and the right generation. Also, make sure the electricity to your site is working before you park/camp for any length of time. This is a fabulous mini-camp with old-timey amenities split between the 1950’s and actively wrestling with the call to the 21st century. The owner overly relaxed to allow Mr. 70-something Spanky in the public shower areas near the pool with children camping on site. Don’t take your children though… the owner doesn’t like children, hugs or cooked carrots. If you spend any time at the park you may be actively solicited to participate in the active war to oust the owner at the home owners behest. This isn’t a “happy” park and far from stress free! Don’t be surprised if they don’t ask you to scrub the showers while you are there.
DURING: Over the course of about 2.5 months in this small but quaint resort we were humiliated, disrespected, made to feel like we were 2nd rate
nudists because we were younger (44, 42, & 13) we are educated, and worse yet, we were the odd couple who liked to do (Cannonballs) into the pool one evening with the owners boyfriend who is 69 yrs. old may I also add and one hell of a Belly Flopper & can make a wave when it comes to a good cannon ball on a hot night.

  3. THE CLUBHOUSE: The clubhouse is a nice nook that dinners and a small library can be found in the back corner, when you want to watch TV you can find an older almost going out TV that you can watch. This is also the area that you can do your school work or if you are like we were and a remote corporate worker you can do all of your work with internet access when it wants to work and if it stays up. The owner complains about having internet access and is almost on the verge of making all pay their own net bill via satellite or local provider.
This is where if you like sitting in a sweat box can find a great deal of pleasure doing your work in a cozy 104 degree inside temp with NO AIR Conditioning being turned on because the owner has to pay a bit extra and refuses to cool the building, We also had our son doing homework as he is home-schooled in temps ranging from 90-103 in that building with pictures of proof as well, all while taking him in and out of the building every hr. or so with fans at least running in front of him. The owner here does not care about the paying residents and even less so if they have kids. In my right mind I cannot see making a 13 yr. old kid do homework with no air, and we worked in this building most of the day with him so we as well understood what heat exhaustion at the end of the day feels like.
MORNING COFFEE: Every morning there is free coffee up at the clubhouse where you can get your fill of the insanity that transpires there daily. My husbands friend who I will not mention by name here, but for privacy reasons lets call him “Bill”….. Bill decided to drop a call out for the Gulf Coast resort as he heard we were there so the owner proceeds to go and handle Bill in the office, Now after that call is done the owner presumed to come back outside and have coffee with the other residents again and at that time I had heard the owner tell about 9 people at the table that “Bill” has specific catastrophic health problems. Privacy is not a right here at Gulf Coast Resort.
THE COMMON AREA: This is where everybody gathers at night to talk and try to enjoy the great night air… maybe a game of bag’s or some shoe’s even. Friday nights there is a bonfire and it also helps kill the inordinate number of biting bugs. This is where you can go and listen to some great music if the “Radio Nazi” let’s you even turn that radio dial, When you get brave and ask the Nazi responds by stomping home to pout since the oldies radio station is not on anymore.
This is also the place to sit and talk at night problem is it was hard to really speak of anything as “Mr. Done That” who is also the “Radio Nazi” are one in the same person. Anyway Mr. Done That has done everything anybody has done for employment or not, Its another place for others telling you how wrong you are even after a 20 yr. span of working in a specified field and Mr. Done that has no experience in.
THE POOL: The pool area was the best part of the stay here as it was quiet and the only center of calmness away from everyone and everything and since there was not a lot of people that went there it was my home away from home when I could not stand the criticism any longer.

  4. SHOWERS & LAUNDRY AREA:
The showers were ok for what they are and the laundry room was beyond a doubt the best spot in the whole park!
There are 2 showers one of which is up by the pool and the other is on the lower level by the laundry room that one is ran by the Radio Nazi & Mr. Done That.
The 1st shower is great nice and roomy and also where on any given night you can find a guest spanking his wife or the lady for the night and overhearing Mr. Spanky’s directive to her: “Come on you dirty little girl, get the soap out of your hair, you going to clean it for daddy, You’re a bad girl aren’t you?”, followed by 3 swats on her ass. My natural response is to freeze like a deer in a headlight until my husband rounded the corner and I could hide behind him. Once I had calmed down and told the owner I thought something would have been done. Alas, all I got is a shocking memory that will stick with you and relief that it wasn’t my son who discovered Mr. Spanky.
2nd Shower is ran by the Radio Nazi, he thinks that the lower showers are all his and no others should have right to them or the laundry room which is open 24/7 for our convenience. My family used to hear complaints from the Nazi all the time as we used his shower.
REST OF PARK: Not much to tell. GCR has a few tennis courts, a basketball hoop, horseshoes, section for bags and there was, at one time, volleyball but the court has been overtaken by grass. There is the pool and hot tub which are really its only claim to fame. Piquant which is very well not taken care of and an odd game but I love it.
Grounds are taken care of congenially from the mower and as far as the rest of the grounds the residents or campers need to 100% clean up after themselves. From picking your own hair out of the drains to cleaning your own toilet in the restrooms. Residents and Guests: We found a lot of members awesome and some other guests that are just so miserable with their own lives that they feel the need to bring others’ down in order to lift themselves up on a daily basis. Creating a soap opera atmosphere is a natural for some and don’t get caught listening to one of the owner’s long
diatribes on what she trivially dislikes in this world.
SUMMARY: Do not go to this park and save your money! If you are seeking a 15 person park that not much happens then this is your place. If you want something that is fun, you feel happy and safe at, enjoying with other nudists, and games, then this is not your place.
In our opinion this is not a family park, a couples park nor even a singles park by far! When you go for a resort like this you expect privacy, respect, politeness and kindness you do not need to be criticized, dis respected nor not listened to when a serious complaint is brought to the table. There should never be two sets of rules that nobody seems that they have or even know what to follow. With an owner that miserable with herself, the park, the residents and even the day people it makes it hard to ask folks too smile and have fun and enjoy their stay. If you have an opinion keep it at home it is not wanted at the Gulf Coast Nudist Resort and please beware of one thing that was our final but most important reason for leaving.
    The Owner!
